Access to Neighbouring Land Act – Training Course
Our Education and Training is tried and tested! Having been in existence since 2001 we have established ourselves as the recognised body for teaching in all matters relating to and associated with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We are a ‘not for profit’ organisation seeking to deliver and enhance surveyors’ knowledge.
This training course is looking at access and associated mechanisms for building works via Access to Neighouring Land Act 1992, (ANLA) and although has been active for the over 30 years it is seldom used. We know of two cases but there may be more which are unreported.
The study of the case of Prime Holdings 11 Ltd v Thurloe Lodge Ltd and the unreported case of Coulton v Pickles. The Faculty discusses both of these cases and would be useful knowledge to have for party wall surveyors.

Delivery
The party wall training course is structured and presented by subject experts in a professional and friendly manner. The presentation is provided in hard copy for you to take copious notes and you are encouraged to interact with questions to enhance the learning experience.
