Having been in existence since 2001 we have established ourselves as the recognised body for teaching in all matters relating to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We are a not for profit organisation whose raison d’être is the promotion of best practice in this niche area of surveying.

Who Is It For?
The question often arises with regard to construction details as to what is notifiable under the Act.
This sometimes leads to confusion and misunderstandings.
As a result the Faculty provides a training course which includes over 50 construction drawings to help clarify the situation and is therefore a recommendation for all surveyors to attend.
The course is presented by subject experts who will provide you with copies of the considered correct details, which will be discussed and during this interactive course.
