We offer a variety of teaching that primarily deals with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 but we also offer teaching on boundary issues.   We are a not for profit organisation allowing our seminars to be priced competitively.

Our extremely popular Two-day seminar is for the party wall surveyor who has less experience and who would like to gain more of an understanding about the Act.   This is aimed at professionals that wish to practise as a party wall surveyor and having a background in construction is a must should you be considering applying for membership of the Faculty.  Our Third Surveyor seminar is for the experienced surveyor wishing to be considered for Fellowship of the Faculty.  We deliver Half-day CPD seminars serving as a refresher and a One-day Seminar, which is an Overview of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 with some Common Problems. Additionally we deliver a one-day seminar on Boundaries, as this subject often crosses over.  We are also open to providing bespoke teaching and dependent on numbers would consider delivering these at your offices.  Please contact the Administration Office on 01424 883300 to discuss any of the above.
