Raveen has a background in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management and specialises in residential building surveying, defect diagnosis, property valuation and Party Wall matters.

He regularly advises Building Owners and Adjoining Owners on matters arising under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, including proposed extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations, chimney breast removals, works to party walls and excavation works close to neighbouring properties.
