Liability for Errors or Omissions in Awards
- This discussion will review the narrative for surveyors where Awards are found after service, to have errors or omissions.
- What action can/should be taken and with particular regard to the remit of the surveyor once the Award has been served.
2 Hours CPD
CPD certificates will be issued after the event.
