Reema Bharakda-Patel and Stephen Cornish have organised another Central London Forum on Tuesday 28th April 2020.

Senior Scholar of Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge graduating BA (1970 : Economics and Law) and LL.B (1971 : English Law). Lecturer Inns of Court School of Law (1970-1972), practised at the Bar from 1972 to 2000 when became a Circuit Judge. Full time resident at Central London County Court from 2006 to 2019, and specialist Technology and Construction Court judge. Honorary member of the Pyramus & Thisbe club and Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Author of textbooks published by Butterworths (LexisNexis) in his other specialist subject, insolvency, Edward Bailey is a member of the Judicial Wing of Insol-Europe.
