Alan Bright, Director and Fellow of the Faculty, has organised the next East Anglia (Essex) Forum on Thursday 23rd March 2023 which will be a face to face forum meeting held at the Holiday Inn Brentwood, Junction 23 off the M25.

Nick Moulton FFPWS will be discussing the following:

  •  Review and refresh regarding S10(4) and its procedures and problems.

Nick qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1992. His career began as a contractors QS with a series of builders and property developers. in 1990 he joined an international loss adjusting firm as their East Anglian regional surveyor concentrating upon subsidence, fire reinstatement and professional indemnity claims. in 1997 Whymark Moulton was formed and he has since practised as a Building Surveyor. His current workload encompasses building defect diagnosis, party wall surveying and neighbourly issues such as access and boundary disputes. He became a member of the FPWS in 2012, where he then became a Fellow which meant he became an accredited Third Surveyor, and he regularly sits on the membership panel. in 2015 he attained accreditation from the RICS to act as a civil commercial mediator.
