The Faculty have organised a Faculty Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by the video-conferencing app called ZOOM on Wednesday 14th October 2020 at 4.00 p.m. until 5.30 p.m.
Nick Moulton will be delivering the subject on:
A view on the correct operation of Section 10(14) of The Party Wall etc Act 1996
Nick is an experienced Chartered and Party Wall Surveyor, part of his role for the Faculty is as a trainer for the 2 day course and membership panel. His surveying career began with contractors and property developers, moving on to be regional surveyor for an International Loss Adjusting firm, then 20 years as partner of a Chartered Surveying Firm. He has an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London aiding his specialist knowledge in the field of construction and property law together with understanding disputes of all kinds and how to help resolve them effectively and economically. He is an accredited mediator and is keen to promote those principles in party wall and neighbourly matters to aid swift resolution of disputes.
