The Faculty has organised a Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by ZOOM on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 4.00 p.m. until 5.30 p.m.

Professional Standards have organised a Training Webinar which will be presented to you by ZOOM. Whilst not mandatory to attend, we would urge all members to sign up to this short, useful, informative webinar, which is an aid to compliance with our Code of Conduct and an ideal opportunity to enhance your knowledge and satisfy your CPD requirements.

Charlotte Brazier (Barrister)

 

Charlotte Brazier is a barrister at Staple Inn Chambers. Charlotte has been in practice at the independent Bar for almost fifteen years. She has been involved with the Faculty’s Investigatory and Disciplinary functions as they have been developed. Outside her court litigation work, Charlotte has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution and is in the final stages of qualification as a facilitative mediator.

Jacqueline Rubens (Barrister)

 

Jacqueline Rubens is a barrister at Staple Inn Chambers.  Her longstanding practice is in property, landlord and tenant and civil litigation work.  She is appointed by the Faculty as an external investigator to undertake the initial investigatory stages of complaints handling under its disciplinary procedures.  She has also assisted the Faculty in respect of enforcing the payment of costs imposed by the disciplinary panel using the money claims online process.

1.5 Hours CPD

CPD certificates will be issued after the event. Please be aware that if you do not join within the first 30 minutes, you will not receive a CPD certificate. We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.

Once booked, we will send you the link a day prior to the webinar via email to access the meeting, therefore please make sure that you fill in the contact details correctly on the booking form. For bookings of more than one person, can you please fill in the individual contact details for each person so that we can send the link to both parties.
