“A Surveyor’s Practical Approach to Easements” presented by Shaw Kelly, Barrister.

This Forum Webinar offers a deep dive into easements within the context of party wall legislation and boundary issues, highlighting how surveyors navigate legal frameworks and practical challenges.

It explores the types of easements, their importance in construction projects involving party walls, and the interplay between easement rights and boundary disputes.

The session underscores the need for strict adherence to legal protocols and effective negotiation strategies to manage and resolve easement-related issues during boundary and construction works.

We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.
