Expired Faculty Forum Webinar with Simon Price – 20th May 2025 (Virtual)

The Faculty has organised a Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by ZOOM on Tuesday 20th May 2025 at 12.30 p.m. until 2.00 p.m.

Simon Price will be delivering on:

Section 11(10) 

• Negatives of an Award staying with the BO (Selby v Whitbread & Co (1917) whilst positives are passed on (Mason v Fulham Corporation (1910) and where Section 11(10) fits into this.
• How Surveyors have no jurisdiction over design, not even under 2(2)(1)!! and why counter notices can be a useful tool for the adjoining owner.

1.5 Hours CPD

Simon Price, FFPWS, is a seasoned surveyor based in South West London with 30 years party wall experience and more than 40 years post-qualification experience of dealing with valuations and surveys.

CPD certificates will be issued after the event. Please be aware that if you do not join within the first 30 minutes, you will not receive a CPD certificate. We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.

For bookings of more than one person, can you please fill in the individual contact details for each person so that we can send the link to both parties.
