Julia Stolle (FRICS MAE) will be delivering the subject:
A summary on the updated edition of the RICS Guidance on Boundaries – the future of boundary demarcation in the UK and the importance and relevance of mediation
Julia has exclusively worked in the field of boundary demarcation and boundary dispute resolution in England and Wales since 2006 and has given a number of talks across the country relating to this matter. She contributes to the boundary matters section in the RICS-isurv building surveying and co-chaired the revision group for the 4th edition of the RICS guidance note on Boundaries: “Procedures for boundary identification, demarcation and dispute resolution”. She has in-depth knowledge in writing reports for the legal profession and giving evidence in court. Julia also benefits from her knowledge about the cadastral system in Germany. She worked under David Powell at PSL Chartered Land Surveyors for many years before setting up her own boundary consultancy firm in 2014. Julia graduated from the Technical University of Berlin with an MSc in Civil Engineering (2000). Her further work experience include projects in Cambodia, Germany and the UK. Julia is a Chartered Land Surveyor and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – FRICS. She is also a member of the Academy of Experts (MAE) and a RICS accredited evaluative mediator.

CPD certificates will be issued after the event. Please be aware that if you do not join within the first 30 minutes, you will not receive a cpd certificate. We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.
