Expired NHC (Berkshire) Forum – 17th July 2023 (Face to Face)

Vicky Dewey-Bruce, on behalf of the Northern Home Counties (Berkshire) Forum has organised an event on Monday 17th July 2023 at 6.30 – 8.30 p.m. which will be a face to face forum meeting held at the The White Waltham Airfield, Maidenhead, SL6 3NJ. 

Alex Frame, Stephen Cornish & Vicky Dewey-Bruce will be discussing the following:

• The Effects of Historic Case Law on us today
  A discussion on the impacts case law has had on us today and why it is still relevant Rashid v Sharif aside with Chliaichfchtien v Wainbridge. Also touching on ” Tenants in Common”  forming a party wall by historic use rather than design. (Cubitt v Porter)
