On behalf of the the Faculty and the NHC (Berkshire) Forum, Vicky Dewey-Bruce has organised a Faculty Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by the video-conferencing app called ZOOM on Tuesday 14th December 2021 at 4.30 p.m. until 6.30 p.m.

Stuart Frame (Barrister) will be delivering on the following subject:

  • Surveying Practices and Recent Case Law

Party Wall surveying is a dynamic discipline forever changing and re-moulding based on case law and the repetition of surveying practice. Join our webinar to be ahead of the game in understanding how the most recent cases may change your perception and ways of conducting your own practices.

Stuart Frame is one of the country’s leading barristers specialising in the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and has had a keen interest in the Act and its practical application since its inception. He is a practising barrister at the leading property law set, Tanfield Chambers, London, and an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty. He has a Real Property law practice, dealing with such matters as boundary disputes and easements, but his real specialism is in party wall matters which make up approximately 90% of his practice. Consequently he has advised or appeared in court on hundreds of party wall cases. Stuart’s extensive experience gained from working in the construction industry prior to practising as a barrister means that he has excellent technical knowledge to complement his legal training and experience.
