Ken Power, Chairman and Forum Director of The Faculty with a vast knowledge on party walls will be discussing the following: 

• What constitutes building “on the line of junction”?
• When are projecting foundations and footings “necessary”?

This is a special extended session to cover important subjects covering moot points surrounding Section 1 of the Act, with the opportunity to question Ken Power directly, including copies of the brief and skeleton arguments. 

This will include:

• the opportunity to view the video taken at the time;
• the brief; and
• skeleton argument.

If the attendees wish to obtain a copy of the transcript then this will be at an additional cost of £10.
