Matthew Hearsum will be delivering on the following subject:
Independence, Impartiality and the Rules of Natural Justice
Matthew Hearsum is a solicitor specialising in property and real estate litigation at Morrisons Solicitors LLP, and party wall in particular. Matthew is also the author of a number of text books on party wall, most recently the New Party Wall Casebook with Nick Isaac QC.
