Simon Price on behalf of the South London Forum has organised a Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by ZOOM on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 4.00 p.m. until 5.30 p.m.

Simon J Price BSc (Hons) FRICS FFPWS holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, he qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1982 and was elected a fellow in 1993. He has practiced in his own right in London since 1987 having previously gained experience at the hands of others in Northamptonshire, Kent and Surrey. Based in Fulham he undertakes a variety of work including residential building surveys and valuations but the majority falls under the scope of the Party Wall ect Act 1996, something which has steadily grown since 1997 when the Act came into force and basements became the vogue. He has been a Faculty member for 20 years and was a main board director between 2005 and 2015. He has recently completed building an ICF house on the coast in W.Sussex. In his spare time he enjoys walking, boating, skiing, tennis and fishing.

CPD certificates will be issued after the event. Please be aware that if you do not join within the first 30 minutes, you will not receive a cpd certificate. We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.
