This seminar will be held on Wednesday 7th September 2022 and will start at 9.30 a.m. 

This seminar will be delivered by a video conferencing programme called ZOOM which means that you will need to have the following available in order to access this seminar:

  • Laptop or Computer
  • Webcam & Microphone

The seminar material will be sent to you in hard copy so please make sure when making the booking you enter the correct address details and the details of how to access the meeting will be sent to the email address you provide, so please double check you have provided the essential details. 

This seminar is designed to provide a formal framework for the training and assessment of candidates for listing in the register of approved Third Surveyors.

It is hoped that formal training will go some way to avoiding pitfalls and ensuring that those practitioners listed by the Faculty are well informed and competent.

This seminar is for those party wall surveyors with a lot of experience.

Anyone wishing to upgrade to Fellow status is required to attend this course.   An application will have to be supported by specific documentation (please refer to our application form to find out more information). 

The seminar includes the following topics:

  • Definitions of a Party Wall Surveyor
  • Duties
  • Position and Title
  • Acting as a Third Surveyor
  • Status of Surveyor’s Award
  • Case Law
  • Model Award

CPD certification is available.

The cost to attend this course is £330 for members and £400 for non-members and provides valuable CPD hours.

If you do not receive this within one week of the event please call the Faculty administration office. Hard copies of the documentation will also be sent in the post a week prior to the event.
