On behalf of the the Faculty and the Warwickshire Forum, Kate Cunningham has organised a Faculty Forum Webinar which will be presented to you by the video-conferencing app called ZOOM on Wednesday 4th May 2022 at 4.00 p.m. until 5.30 p.m. 

Please join the President, Alex Frame, and Directors, Steve Campbell & Stephen Cornish for a Q&A webinar.

Alex Frame is currently the President of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and is the remaining founder member from the four that set up the Faculty. He has his own surveying and design practice but spends much time in writing and teaching at seminars on party wall and boundary matters. He has also been instrumental in writing the seventh edition of the RICS guidance on party wall matters. He has been undertaking party wall matters for very many years and is well experienced as a Third Surveyor.

Stephen Cornish (Director of Promotion & Marketing at the Faculty) is a well known and respected Chartered Surveyor throughout Middlesex, North West London and Central London. Stephen has an insatiable passion for architecture and its history.  He has a Doctorate in building history, a subject that finds him lecturing at Birkbeck Collegue University of London. He lectures on Party Wall maters and is a widely consulted  “Third Surveyor”  settling Party Wall disputes between Party Wall surveyors.

Steve Campbell is one of the country’s best known and most respected Party Wall Surveyor. He is the Director for Training and Education and also Vice President at the Faculty. Steve writes and delivers training seminars and forum presentations and has had articles published in professional journals. A highly knowledgeable and experienced Third Surveyor with a reputation for prompt, practical determinations. Steve also practises in international and Domestic Arbitration, Construction Adjudication and Mediation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Construction Manager.

CPD certificates will be issued after the event. Please be aware that if you do not join within the first 30 minutes, you will not receive a cpd certificate. We cannot be responsible for anyone that does not attend the zoom meeting and please note that we will not provide video recordings of events that are missed.

For bookings of more than one person, can you please fill in the individual contact details for each person so that we can send the link to both parties.
