     17:30 - 20:30

Stuart Frame, Barrister at Tanfield Chambers will be discussing the following:

  • What constitutes building “on the line of junction”?
  • When are projecting foundations and footings “necessary”?

If you missed out on the opportunity to see the highly respected HHJ Bailey, Stuart Frame, and Nick Isaac in action at the Faculty organised Moot back in December, then look no further as we are now giving you the chance to view the video and see what all the fuss was all about. This is a special, extended session to cover important subjects covering moot points surrounding Section 1 of the Act, with the opportunity to question leading Barrister Stuart Frame directly including copies of the brief and skeleton arguments.

This will include:

• the opportunity to view the video taken at the time;
• the brief; and
• Stuart Frame’s and Nick Isaac’s skeleton argument.

If the attendees wish to obtain a copy of the transcript then this will be at an additional cost of £10.
