Anthony Fieldhouse and Carl O’Boyle have organised the next West London Forum Meeting on Wednesday 25th March 2020. 

Nick Isaac of Tanfield Chambers will be the guest speaker and will deliver the subject:

• Compensation under section 7(2). What can and cannot be included in such compensation, and how you should go about calculating it.

Nick Isaac QC is a property barrister and legal author. As well as appearing in many of the leading party wall cases in recent years, Nick is also the author of “The Law and Practice of Party Walls”, and “Where is my boundary?” and co-author of “The New Party Wall Casebook”. As well as party walls, Nick’s practice encompasses boundaries, rights of light, easements, dilapidations and whatever else clients and surveyors find to argue about concerning land and property.
