Steve Campbell – “I am a chartered Builder / Construction Manager from a building, site and project management background I have been specialising in ADR for more than a decade including Arbitration, Construction Adjudication, Mediation, Expert determination and the Party wall matters. Appointed almost daily as a party appointed surveyor, regularly selected as a third surveyor, expert adviser to solicitors and claim consultants and I provide expert witness reports, and appear before the court in appeal hearings, injunction application hearings and enforcement hearings. I provide party representation in Arbitration,Adjudication, and mediation hearings and sit
as Arbitrator, Adjudicator, and Mediator both in the UK and oversees Vice president of the Faculty and director responsible for training and education”.

Mike Syndic – “I started my surveying career in Local Government, where I stayed for 28 years, and having progressed through several London Boroughs, my last position
was as Deputy Chief Surveyor for the London Borough of Camden. During this period I gained experience in all aspects of surveying, but primarily in refurbishment and contract management. I left Local Government in 1992, and was a sole practitioner until 2010. I started with refurbishment works and conversions, but gradually I developed an extensive practice dealing with party wall matters, rights to light and boundary disputes. I joined David Maycox & Co in 2010 as a Consultant, continuing with the same specialisations, but also including some planning advice. I have no plans to move anywhere else!”
