Practical and legal issues arising in party wall and boundary-related disputes, with reference to current practice and dispute resolution (Surveyors’ Jurisdiction in retrospective Awards with the Owners’ agreement to settle a dispute).

Session Three: Judge Edward Bailey
Surveyors’ Jurisdiction post Award, where damages are alleged arising out of the works detailed in the Award, and a dispute arises as to fault and cost.
