ABBE Qualification in Party Wall Matters

For students and those wishing to obtain a good grounding in Party Wall matters – We offer a new ABBE qualification. The qualification is aimed at those studying:   Construction; Building Engineering; Property Surveying and Architectural qualifications and those intending to practice in party wall matters who wish to obtain a formally accredited qualification in support of their education development and or applications for employment and professional development.  More details…

Two Day Party Wall Seminar

If you are interested in undertaking party wall work imminently, we offer our Two-Day Party Wall Seminars.  This course covers the whole of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and this seminar is designed for Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and all those that have a responsibility for, and associated with, construction works. It is for those that have little experience in party wall matters but would like to become more proficient with the workings of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.  More details…

Legal Overview Seminars

Legal Overview Seminars – These courses are aimed at party wall surveyors of all levels and is designed to assist in identifying and avoiding common mistakes whilst also providing best practice tips.  Attendees are always encouraged to ask questions and debate matters, with the course following an interactive style, as appropriate.

CPD Events

Our CPD events provide an opportunity for Surveyors to keep their knowledge up to date and gain CPD points to count towards their annual obligation. 

Local Forums

Local Forums are run in a number of regions across England and Wales providing the opportunity to learn, exchange knowledge and network. Each Forum is operated locally by the forum chairman, who run an independent calendar of events.
