The following services are provided by the Faculty:

Telephone advice to Surveyors and General Public

We offer a free advice service on all party wall and boundary matters.  Please call the Administration office on 01424 883300 and they will be able to refer you to an available representative of the Faculty who can help point you in the right direction.

Seminars

We provide a variety of seminars from those wishing to become knowledgeable in the workings of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and also  for more experienced party wall surveyors.  We also provide seminars on Boundaries.  You can be new to the Faculty or an existing member to take advantage of these.

We have surveyors that can be found from our list by simply using your post code, or you can find a surveyor by name.

A list of our Party Wall Third Surveyor Members

We have surveyors who are experienced who can assist in troublesome problems, or can be selected as a Third surveyor.

A list of Members that provide a Mediation Service

In the case of any neighbourly dispute we have mediators that can help and provide a full service to assist in resolving the dispute.

Legal Assistance

We have direct links with Tanfield Chambers who can provide barristers under the Direct Access scheme for all legal issues relating to all party wall and boundary related matters.
