Delivery Policy

All physical orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 9am5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Online event bookings and downloads will be available once payment has been authorised. 

 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are stated at the time of purchase. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be if applicable, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Refunds / Cancellations Policy

EVENT Terms & Conditions –

 1)Once payment has been made the delegate accepts these terms and conditions.
 

2) The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) reserves the right to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the date of the course and will offer either a full refund or an alternative event and/or dates.

 

3) Delegates will be entitled to a refund of 50% if cancellations are received in writing up to 14 days prior to the course date. 4) Delegates will not be entitled to any refund if (a) they cancel within 14 days; or (b) they fail to arrive on the day.

 

4) FPWS will not guarantee a place unless payment is made in full at the time of booking.

 

5) This booking is not transferable for any reason unless expressly agreed in writing with FPWS.

Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

For returns/refund – Please email enq@fpws.org.uk to request a refund and we will contact you with the appropriate returns information.

 

 Return Exceptions

 

Some items may not be returned if they are opened or break the return condition stated at the time of purchase. These include items such as – event fees, membership fee, and downloads.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

 Restocking Fee

Some items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
