Telephone advice to Surveyors and General Public

We offer a free advice service on all party wall and boundary matters.  Please call the Administration office on 01424 883300 and they will be able to refer you to an available representative of the Faculty who can help point you in the right direction.

Courses

We provide a variety of courses from those wishing to become knowledgeable in the workings of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and also  for more experienced party wall surveyors.  We also provide seminars on Boundaries.  You can be new to the Faculty or an existing member to take advantage of these.

We have surveyors who are experienced who can assist in troublesome problems, or can be selected as a Third surveyor.

Legal Assistance

We have direct links with barrister Shaw Kelly who can assist you under the Direct Access scheme for all legal issues relating to all party wall and boundary-related matters.  Boundary Barristers
